Added a gym bar to the garden play equipment that we bought our grandkids a year ago, it has provided a fun and health outdoor play experience for them and the neighbours kids!

First time ordering from Wickey, so much choice and love how you can change colour options and add accessories to the climbing frames. Looking forward to the children having years of fun on this and will be sure to order more in the future.

We bought a swing and slide set for my children for Xmas last year, only assembled it this summer and the instructions were easy to follow and the kids absolutely love it. The 2 swings and the slide are prob all their favourite part but my son does love the look out tower and my little girl the sand pit underneath. Highly recommend this company and their products

Purchased from Wickey after another company failed to deliver. Between ordering from Wickey and cancelling the other company, the first slide bizarrely turned up. So we needed to cancel our Wickey order and get a refund. Despite not being the timeframe for a refund, Wickey sorted this for us quickly and with no issues. The refund arrived a couple of days later. Would definitely order from them if I needed further play equipment in the future.

Website was easy to use and product description was excellent. Good advice given regarding erecting the play equipment.
Only problem encountered was trying to make the payment using PayPal but quickly overcame this. Confirmation of order was immediate. All being well delivery time will be as advised.

I looked round for a while before deciding on our Wickey Rocket Flyer for my 3 year old daughter and so glad I did.
Ordering on the website was really easy and I received several emails updating on the status, the delivery company were easy to deal with and helpful and my daughter absolutely loves it.
It’s really sturdy and solid, my husband is a joiner and was impressed with the quality of the materials.
It’s been a brilliant purchase and she uses it come rain or shine every day.

Confusion with the order stating we would have a second delivery so had to go back and forth with Wickey and delivery service. Wickey were great in responding and advising us on what was happening. One piece of wood broke and this is being sent out straight away. The play set is amazing and my daughter loves it.

Loved by child. Very solid. Looks great in the garden. Instructions for assembling the A-frame sections could be better to help achieve a more reliable and consistent result. Managed to assemble it mostly on my own without difficulty, really only needing assistance to move partially assembled sections. Would be 5 stars if assembly instructions were better.

Wickey were quicker than expected to ship our equipment and it arrived in good condition. I would have liked more tracking information. The product was good quality and the kids are over the moon. Was a bit much for us DIYers so paid a tradesman to put together. Worth the money- solid and will last years

Bought Wickey MultiFlyer climbing frame for our niece for her birthday. It came nicely packaged and it was fairly easy to assemble. Quality of the materials is great, it will last years and years. But to the most important stuff...She and her sister absolutely love it! Playing on it all the time. Money well spend! Highly recommended!

The product we brought was a surprise brought by myself and other family members for my 3 children's Christmas present. The arrangement of delivery was fantastic and so was the order process through the website was simple and easy including the personal touches we wanted. The delivery was smooth and easy. Installation was simple and the instruction Manuel was helpful and easy to follow. All together a great experience.

My boy loves trains and he could not be happier with the Steam Flyer! It arrived on time for Christmas with no broken or missing parts and was easy to build for anybody who is at least a little bit handy. The weather has been pretty terrible since Christmas but both my boys have loved playing on it when they have been able to. Finally, we suffered no damage at all from the recent storms which is a testament to the strength of the design.
